Conrad Enill - Chairman

Appointed Chairman of NGC in July 2019.

He holds an MBA from Brunel University and Henley Management College, and a Mini MBA in Oil and Gas from the CWC School for Energy Limited, all based in London. He is also a Certified International Credit Union Development Educator (World Council of Credit Unions). Mr. Enill has also completed executive training with the Adam Smith Institute in Effective Public Awareness and Communication to promote Economic Reform; Improving the Public Expenditure Cycle from budget preparation to monitoring, and evaluation and application of Best Practices in Debt Management.

Vernon Paltoo

Dr. Vernon Paltoo was promoted to President of NEC Trinidad and Tobago Ltd on 1st January 2013. He has worked on the conceptualisation, design, development and promotion of industrial and energy related projects through several state agencies and academic institutions for the past 20 years.

Kenneth Allum

Mr. Kenneth Allum is a Chemical Engineer with 38 years’ experience in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry at all levels. Among the various positions held throughout his career, he worked as a Senior Technologist from 1981 to 1987, and then as an Assistant to the Managing Director from 1987 to 1990 at Trinidad and Tobago Oil Company Limited (TRINTOC).

Sean Balkissoon

Sean Balkissoon was appointed Director on the NGC Board on January 28th, 2019. Mr. Balkissoon brings considerable experience to the post, having worked for over 25 years, with a focus on the downstream methanol and ammonia industry.

Sandra Fraser - Director

Ms. Sandra Fraser joined NGC’s Board on July 5th 2019, bringing considerable public sector experience to her appointment.

Ms. Fraser holds a BSc in Economics from The University of the West Indies (UWI) and has trained extensively in the Caribbean, South America, the USA and Europe. She began working in the Judiciary Magistracy before taking up a role as an Economist at the Ministry of Works and Transport. Thereafter, she progressed her career at the Ministry of Finance through various positions, and was promoted to Assistant Director (Ag.) of the Economic Management Division.

Dan Martineau - Director

Mr. Martineau joined the NGC Board on July 5th 2019. He holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in International Finance from The University of the West Indies.

Mr. Ganness holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of the West Indies
(UWI) with First Class Honors, and received an MSc. in Electrical and Computer
Engineering (Systems Control ) from the University of Toronto in November 2010.
